Who are we?

Vectorply is a private company with headquarters in Phenix City, Alabama. Vectorply makes more than 200 different styles of reinforcement fabrics for an unlimited number of composite applications. The company operates factories in Alabama and in China. Currently 24 machines are in operation in these two production facilities with the capacity to produce more than 45 million pounds of quality reinforcements annually.

A brief history

Vectorply started operations in 1992 as Tech Textiles USA, a 50/50 JV between a North American textile company and a British Company called Tech Textiles Ltd. The British company’s interest was purchased in 1995 forming Johnston Industries Composite Reinforcements Inc. In 2002 the current management group along with an Atlanta based equity capital firm purchased the company and changed its name to Vectorply Corporation.
